Order Cancellation

• a) We offer full refunds for orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, if they haven’t been shipped yet.
• b) Once your order has been shipped, cancellation requests are not accepted. Please apply for a return instead.

Returns & Exchanges

• We are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase if you’re unhappy with your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
  
  • In the same condition you received it, with original tags, packaging, and seals intact.
  • Unworn and undamaged, so it can be resold.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs, including the original order’s shipping fees.

Refund Process

• We will email you once your return or exchange is processed.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-15 business days.
• If you haven’t received your refund within 30 days, contact us at admin@adoriussilver.com.

Important Exceptions

• Custom items cannot be returned.
• Items returned after 14 days of delivery will not be refunded.
• We will not accept returns sent back without notifying us first.

Additional Information

• Your refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for purchase, taking 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
• All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with original labels attached in original packaging. If not, you will be responsible for any incurred fees and there will be no refund.
